BrewPulse reads the Homebrew installation already on your Mac and runs commands there. There is no BrewPulse account, hosted package list, or remote service handling your updates.

BrewPulse keeps the job small: it gives Homebrew a Mac interface without trying to replace it.

Does BrewPulse install Homebrew?

No. If Homebrew is missing, BrewPulse shows where it looked and links to the official installation instructions at brew.sh.

What data leaves my Mac?

Package inventory and Homebrew command output stay on your Mac. The privacy page documents external requests and any analytics used by BrewPulse.

Can I update everything at once?

Yes. BrewPulse shows every package included in Update All and the exact Homebrew command before you confirm it.

How does BrewPulse update itself?

BrewPulse checks GitHub when it opens and at least once a day. It shows the release notes and waits for you before downloading or installing an update. If you use 0.1.0 Beta 3 or the affected 0.2.0 installer, you'll need to install one more update manually.

Do I need an account?

No. BrewPulse Free has no account or license screen.
